Glibenclamide [Glyburide]

Glibenclamide also known as Glyburide is an antidiabetic drug in a class of medications known as sulfonylureas, closely related to sulfa drugs.

Glibenclamide is an antidiabetic medication used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It works by increasing the amount of insulin released by the pancreas in order to lower blood glucose.
